This is a contemporary six bedroom private Villa on large land holding minutes from the beach, bars and restaurants in cosmopolitan Berewa. Berewa is a trendy area within Canggu and only ten minutes from Petitenget and Seminyak. The area offers something for all members of the group.The main house features four bedrooms and a babies room, all available for the four bedroom rate. There is a free standing Cabana near the pool which houses a bunk room and another bedroom which would be locked for your stay. You still have exclusive use of the whole Villa and grounds.
Luxuriously extending over beautifully manicured gardens, a series of thatched pavilions linked by pergola-covered walkways, flights of stone steps and sun-bleached timber decks make up the estate. Guests enter via a charming porte cochère and walk across a pretty vine covered walkway into the majestic living pavilion that overlooks the 15-metre swimming pool. To each side of the pool are a number of living areas; in front of the pool is the dining pavilion and feature kitchen, positioned next to the lounge / TV room and master suite.
Four of the bedrooms are all under the main villa roofline, making it possible to completely close up the villa and lock it over night making you feel completely secure and safe. Being able to close up the villa is also a great bonus when looking to escape the heat during the day or mosquitos in the evening.
Great for entertaining or relaxing around the horizon pool, the villa has extensive gardens, an outdoor dining/ bbq area and relaxing Bale with indoor area with bunk beds and games for the older kids or adults. This villa is perfect for large groups as there are many separate areas to retreat to throughout the property. Get the staff to organise an in-house spa treatment and retreat to the rooftop massage area for some relaxation and peace.
The property has been geared towards families with recent additions making it very family friendly villa where you can feel safe and the children well entertained. An Australian Standard glass pool fence, an interconnecting babies room which features a baby cot and toys, a baby high chair, a mountain buggy stroller, an additional porta cot, and plenty of toys to keep everyone happy. In the garden is a trampoline, sand pit and swings as well as a wooden boat.
There is a car and driver available available for hire as well as a Nanny. The nanny takes care of the owners four children while they are staying at the property.
The three bedrooms upstairs are also interconnecting giving you peace of mind if you like to be close to your children. These doors can also be locked making it suitable for couples also.
From its poolside position on the ground floor, the stunning master suite features a king-size bed draped with mosquito netting and beautifully decorated with locally sourced vintage batik. An Adjoining baby room is equiped with a permanent baby cot and can also accomodate a portacot.
A frosted glass door slides open to reveal a huge ensuite bathroom, encompassing a large dressing area fitted with multiple armoires, a built in desk, twin terrazzo vanities, a generous indoor jacuzzi tub and sliding door opening into an outdoor garden rain shower.
A terrazzo staircase leads up to three guest bedrooms with interconnecting doors. The bedrooms can have the interconnecting doors locked if required. Each bedroom is fitted with a king-sized bed draped with mosquito netting (all of which convert to twins), free standing robes, built in day bed with sliding windows, fitted with custom Australian Standard safety railing, presenting views of the Villa pool below and neighbouring rice padis.
The architectural design, allows the natural breezes of Canggu to flow through the upstairs with the aid of large sliding windows and apposing glass louvers.
The three guest bedrooms share a solid stone bathroom with twin vanities, an indoor rain shower and a large soaking tub.
From the upstairs bedrooms easy access extends via an upper level outdoor walk way (fitted with Australian Standard balustrade and railings) to the private massage facility.
The Villa is surrounded by lavish gardens and has its own childrens play ground area. The play ground consists of an in ground trampoline, swings, sandpit and mini merry go round. There is plenty of space for the kids to be kids! There is also an undercover outdoor space with a lovely day bed and swinging cane chairs to enjoy tropical living at its best.
The BBQ Pavilion overlooks the beautiful 15-metre swimming pool. With wicker hanging chairs and a communal dining table, this area is perfect for any meal of the day, being complimented by Bali consistently perfect weather.
An outdoor shower is convenient for rinsing off after a swim in the pool or trip to the local Berawa beach.
Passing through the BBQ Pavilion conveys you to the lower garden level where the Villa main temple is positioned. The temple is frequented by the staff to perform daily offerings.
As well as having access to their own exclusive leisure facilities at the villa, guests also benefit from complimentary platinum guest membership at Bali premier private members club, The Canggu Club, for the duration of their stay.
Groceries and beverages at the Villa are charged at market price. Guests will be requested to provide grocery money in advance, and the staff will do the shopping and keep the receipts for reference.
