Located in Kerobokan, just 10 minutes away from Seminyak party-central, it’s the ideal vacation rental for for those wanting to be close to Bali’s best dining and shopping venues but also away from the central hustle and bustle. The villa’s three bedrooms can sleep up to six guests with a sparkling blue pool at the center of the villa making it the perfect choice for families and friends. For smaller groups, there is a reduced two bedroom rate making it a versatile Villa choice.
Staying in a traditional wooden house really adds a wonderful warm, soulful and tropical feel to your holiday home. The architectural design of Villa De Ho was inspired by the ancient wooden Joglo houses descendent from Java island in Indonesia. The high soaring rooftop, supported by four wooden pillars in the center of the house, is a signature feature of the Joglo and it comes with a large and breezy veranda to sit together, enjoying the view of the garden and pool. Inside the villa is furnished tastefully with a matching wooden interior design and traditional artwork and sculptures. Guests also get to enjoy modern comforts while staying at this traditional villa. There is air-conditioning, making it a nice and cool escape from the tropical heat outside. The sofa lounge corner faces a flat-screen satellite TV to provide entertainment for the whole family and there is a fully equipped western kitchen. A 6-seater teak timber dining table is placed in the center of the Joglo and from the high soaring ceiling hangs an impressive rattan designers lamp, creating the perfect ambiance for an intimate in-villa family dinner. The sunny tropical garden features a 10-meter natural tiled swimming pool fringed by all kinds of tropical greenery and palm trees. Timber sun-loungers tucked with comfy blue mattresses are placed by the poolside for sunbathing. A big parasol provides shades for those wanting to read or take a daytime nap. The veranda makes a nice place to sit together, enjoying some snacks and drinks, watching the kids play in the pool.
The three bedrooms of villa Du Ho are all equally peaceful and restful. Timber walls, high soaring rooftops, and warm earthy color palettes rule these bungalows and they are topped off with air-conditioning. The queen-size beds are accompanied by beautiful Moroccan style lamps on both sides, the perfect light for reading a book in the evening before sleep. Behind the bed, there are wardrobe closets equipped with a safety deposit box to store your valuables. Each room also features a private en-suite bathroom fitted with a monsoon shower, toilet and washbasin with bathroom amenities. In the morning, all the guests get to wake up to the lovely view of the garden and pool. Choose to jump straight in the pool for a refreshing tropical island wake-up strategy or enjoy a cup of freshly brewed coffee first in the warming morning sun out on the veranda.
All three bedrooms enjoy pool views and are located in two stand-alone pavilions inspired by the architecture of Javanese Joglo with a modern twist. The first two bedrooms are in the same pavilion, side by side, just in front of the living pavilion across the swimming pool. And the last bedroom is next to the open-air living room. Each bedroom features queen-size beds with crisp linens and is decorated with a unique mix of Asian-influenced antiques and contemporary furniture.
Running the length of the villa’s garden is a beautiful 10 meter pool with sun loungers on one side and towering green foliage on the other. The pool begins with shallow steps near the outdoor living room and gradually gets deeper. The shallow section is ideal for kids to play, and a pool fence can be hired at additional fee.
The friendly staff will welcome you with genuine balinese smiles and can arrange all kinds of services such as, poolside massages and day trips around the island.
