Escape is a very charming two bedroom villa for rent in a brilliant location just behind the Sandy Bay Beach Club.
Upon arrival through the traditional Balinese gates you will be immediately struck by the private, intimate nature of this property. The main pavilion consists of a well-appointed open plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The huge dining table, great sofa, armchairs and scatter cushions, make this a perfect villa for relaxation or entertainment.
Timber decking leads to a lovely swimming pool. Again relaxation is the theme – spend your time in the pool or on one of the sun beds with a good book. In the evenings you can set up the gas-fired barbecue here – just ask the helpful villa staff for the best options of local sea food, steak and ribs.
The shady, air-conditioned bedrooms are simply huge and both can be designated as master suites. The first bedroom is part of the main villa pavilion and has a king-sized bed with a very generous dressing area and charming indoor/outdoor bathroom. The huge windows look out onto an enclosed, private tropical garden area. The second bedroom is a separate building, with king-sized bed and mosquito net and a similar indoor/outdoor bathroom set-up. This room looks out onto the pool in one direction and to a lovely tropical garden in the other.
The theme throughout Escape is one of understated, beach décor with whitewashed timbers complimenting traditional Balinese style elements.
With its prime Sandy Bay location this is a great base from which to explore the island. The staff team will be happy to arrange any activities you wish for your stay – diving, snorkelling and surfing lessons are just some of the available options.
If you prefer just to relax, then the villa is ideally set up for that. You will not even need to move much for food as the Sandy Bay Beach Club is only a 30 metre stroll from the door and they will even prepare take-out meals for you. This is a great value option and popular choice for families exploring this gorgeous paradise.
