Villa Istimewa is a beautiful, tropical styled 5-bedroom villa in the middle of Seminyak. This jungle like villa will make children’s dreams come true with tree house living! The villa can be rented as a 4 bedroom outside of peak season at a lower rate. Villa Istimewa is great for large families or those travelling with friends/ extended family. The shallow section in the pool is fantastic for little ones to splash around however we do advice to watch them on the upstairs terraces and near the beautiful water features this villa has. The rainforest wooden architecture and open plan living space transports you into another world, with so much happening around the area this villa is perfect for your Bali family holiday with kids!

Villa Istimewa has the best location you could wish for when wanting to stay in the heart of Seminyak. You will be in walking distance of excellent shopping at Jalan Raya Seminyak, high-end dining at Oberoi’s Eat Street and vibrant night-life at Dhyana Pura ‘Party’ Street. Dragging the kids away from the pool might be tough but with the beach just a short drive away it will give you a chance to get out and explore with your family. Colourful beach-bars like La Plancha and fancy beach-clubs like KuDeTa are also just a short stroll away from your front door but if you are tired of walking you can easily grab a Taxi at Seminyak’s main street, just 50 meters away, where you will also find ATM’s, pharmacy’s and the Bintang supermarket. This location couldn’t get more family friendly, tucked away from busy main streets but not too far to hit the town for a day or night of adventure.

Outdoor Areas and Pool

After entering the gate to villa Istimewa and being surrounded by a lush green tropical garden it’s hard to imagine you are still in the center of Seminyak. There is a beautifully curved swimming-pool with a shallow area where you can sunbath on the loungers, still feeling drips of refreshing water. Watch the kids from multiple loactions around the pool and even the living room! On the veranda, underneath a vegetated pergola roof there is an alfresco wooden dining-table with pick-nick benches illuminated by three beautifully designed lamps. On the other side of the garden there is a BBQ area for a feast with delicious food and drinks. A garden to play games or drip dry right next to the pool is great for active families or large groups.

Bedrooms

The master suite features a romantic canopied queen-size bed in a room with lots of natural light shining in through the glass windows and door opening up to a private terrace. The en-suite bathroom features a bathtub fitted next to a window for some fresh air while bathing. Perfect for couples travelling without kids or grandparents

All the 4 guest bedrooms at Villa Istimewa feature A/C and romantic canopied double beds with glass sliding doors opening up to the terrace or garden. The ground floor bedroom can be made a twin bedroom, perfect for sleepover fun! Two rooms are located on the first floor adjoined to the terrace, the third bedroom is tucked away in a private bungalow in the garden featuring an open-air bathroom and the last bedroom is optional as it can also function as a massage-room. Two of these rooms are fitted with TV & DVD-player. The relaxed tropical feel that this treehouse villa gives off is perfect for kids!

Indoor Living Areas

From the veranda you can walk down to the sunken living area featuring an aquarium window, looking into the pool. This charming room features an antique timber interior design and the windows make this an open living area at day-time and an air-conditioned space in the evening. There is a large L-shaped sofa where you can chill and watch a movie with the projector and roll-down screen and on the other side there is a charming little kitchen equipped with all the things you need. Walk further to discover a spa-area featuring a sauna a shallow water-feature with Buddha-statue and a Yin-Yang Jacuzzi! The living space if perfect for families needing to watch kids in the pool, prepare their own lunch or just sit and relax under the canopy of luscious greenery.

Villa Istimewa has friendly staff at your service with personal assistance, housekeeping and security at night. They can arrange inhouse massages or cook all your meals at an additional cost, which saves on time giving you more to spend with your family. The manager Ketut is always available on-call to help you with special requests and wishes. The staff will respect your privacy and are always there to help and keep the place looking just as beautiful as it did when you walked in!
