This 5-bedroom Villa is located in Pererenan, Canggus up and coming neighbourhood. The street is connected to Batubolong and Echo Beach by a small road suitable for walking or scooter access. Within the Pererenan Village itself, you can find several cafes, restaurants, spas and boutiques. Still speckled with glimpses of a traditional Balinese way of life, this is a ‘best of both worlds’ location, With your own car and driver, getting about to explore other areas is easy too!

Surfers will love the local breaks along the coastline and foodies have many of Balis best eateries to discover. Bali offers something for everyone.

The exotic charm of this tranquil haven is further enhanced by the gracefully landscaped grounds holding a large swimming pool and lotus ponds. A homely attention to details is obvious throughout the grounds and interiors. The furnishings and decorations are the culmination of years of collecting traditional cultures by the owner. Indonesian antiques, traditional stone carvings, flamboyant woodcarvings, are just some of the ornamental elements on display throughout the buildings. Completed in early 2007, the architecture of this villa succeeds in creating an ambience of modern comforts while representing a sensitive appreciation of local culture. There is a Boho- Luxe atmosphere with a nod to the old-school Bali Soul style.

The Villa is made up of a main three bedroom pavilion, with two bedrooms enclosed under the same roof and the third entered from its own courtyard. The remaining two bedrooms are in a separate house, slightly behind the main section. Guests can rent the main house alone as a three bedroom, reserve four bedrooms or use the whole 5 bedroom Villa. The stand alone two bedroom is not rented independently to ensure privacy in the main residence. The two buildings share a lush tropical garden which holds a thatched roof bale and the main overflow swimming pool. There are lotus ponds in the garden areas that parents of young children will need to be aware of, or request some extra temporary pool fencing. The children will run free with expensive grassy lawns to play on too!

The Main House consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms completed with en-suite bathrooms; a large dining area over viewing the swimming pool and garden; a warm welcoming spacious living area; air-conditioned TV room; a fully equipped kitchen with small comfortable dining area and pantry room on the other side. A modern design wine cellar between the kitchen and main dining area adds the luxurious feeling of the villa. The family fun is added to with a billiards table in the upstairs loft style games room. Beneath the high soaring Balinese roof, the interior design of the air-conditioned living pavilion is cozy and comfortable yet also supremely luxurious and elegant.

All the modern touches such as large TV screen, stereo sound system, DVD players as well as wireless high speed internet connection are provided to ensure the necessary levels of comfort. To add to the list for relaxation there is a stunning wooden-carved day-bed with plush pillows, a luxurious sofa lounge where you can enjoy the garden view, a large teak dining table and a kitchen-bar where you can enjoy a glass of wine from the wine-cellar. Adjoined with the living zone there is a TV lounge for entertainment, where kids can curl up in the A/C for a movie after a busy day in the pool.

Behind the main pavilion, lays the second building or the Guest Wing – consisting of two air-conditioned bedrooms also completed with en-suite bathrooms.This section of the property also has its own living area, kitchen and plunge pool. The two bedrooms are positioned on either side of the open air living room.

The tropical garden is huge and absolutely stunning with all it’s lush exotic plants and trees surrounding a large green grass lawn and the stunning infinity pool with sun-loungers around it for those wanting to catch a tan and a traditional balé where you can relax with a book or enjoy a traditional massage. There is also an alfresco dining area for garden feasts with fresh food from the BBQ.

The villa is fully staffed with attentive butlers, maids and security guards. The villa manager can advise you about what to do and where to go and the excellent in-house chef-cook will prepare mouth watering Western, Asian and Fusion delights.

This is a classic choice in a great part of Canggu.
