Located in Oberoi, walking distance to Seminyak beach you will find this hidden gem. It is quiet, private and well maintained and beautifully unique. The circular living area and galley kitchen face toward the tropical garden. There is a comfortable lounging and plenty of color, light & charm. Outside is a separate shaded dining area providing a great entertainment space. The garden pool is tranquil with lots of sun to bathe in. The layout works well for those wishing to install a temporary pool fence. There is a lovely lawn offering a sense of space.
The master bedroom is off the main living area and is complete with a separate desk and dressing area. The room is an amazing turquoise colour and has a TV with DVD as well as air-conditioning. The master connects to a generous bathroom featuring an antique wooden mirror and huge bath tub. The bathroom is shared with the second bedroom which has has a double bed and wardrobe and opens on to the living room. For families it’s great that the two bedrooms connect through the bathroom. The living room is charming and colorful with a great galley kitchen and garden outlook.
In the rear section of the property is another circular guest-house bedroom with a writing desk and private open air en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower. This enchanting villa is a Balinese charm for a small family or couples that want comfort and have a moderate budget.
