The sublime Shalimar Estate comprises of three separate beachfront villas: Villa Cantik, Villa Makanda and Villa Kalima that offer 2, 4 and 6 bedrooms respectively. The whole 12 bedroomed estate can be rented for large gatherings or alternatively any combination of the properties can be rented together giving a vast array of options depending on the size of your group.

The three villas sit in a row facing out over the Indian Ocean on a stretch of beach which is perfect for surfing and beach play. They are approached through a grand entrance overlooked by the protection of a large stone Buddha. To one side is a commercial kitchen where food is prepared before it is served to you in the luxury of your beachside paradise.

All the villas are approached through a stunning walkway which provides tantalising vista’s across the endless rice fields. Each property is private and fully detached from the others and the innovative landscaping of the gardens at the front means that each swimming pool area is separated by a riot of tropical greenery. However, the lawn, a brilliant space for parties and special events, opens up across the full length of the estate as it reaches down to the beach. This is where the kids can run free, and experience the best of a private Villa holiday without disturbing anyone!

This estate is staffed by a delightful team and includes a fleet of butlers, housekeeping staff, cooks and security guards. Guests are also given further peace of mind by the on-call villa manager and the two villa supervisors who will do their best to answer questions and facilitate any other services you require. This may include in-house spa treatments delivered by professional therapists or a driver to explore more of this amazing island. Additionally, for your convenience a grocery shopping system with a 25% surcharge is also available.

This rural location fully captures the spirit of Bali and is minutes away from the picturesque village of Seseh. In one direction lies the hip neighbourhood of Canggu with its famous surfing beaches and bevy of bars and eateries and in the other the traditional town of Tanah Lot, renowned for its striking offshore temple. If you want to have a round of golf the world famous Niwana course, designed by legend, Greg Norman, is very close by and if you want to play ten pin bowling, tennis or have fun with the kids on the water slides, take a trip to Finns Recreation Club which is about 15 minutes’ drive away. If shopping is your preferred past time, take a trip into central Seminyak and wonder around the endless choices offered up by the high end boutiques and market stalls.
