The garden Villa is tucked down a private and secure driveway, set within a collection of only four properties. An easy walk to the sands of Seminyak beach, KuDeTa beach club and all the highlights of Oberoi. On entering the Villa you will be delighted by an explosion of colour and detail. The decor is unique, tropical and quirky all at once! There is the most delightful private pool at the heart of the design and three comfortable bedrooms, each with their own designer ensuite. The main house offers a great kitchen and lounge area which open onto the outdoor dining area. Guests will enjoy a genuine ‘Bali Soul’ experience at Villa Garden, with such a calming ambience its hard to believe you are actually in the middle of Seminyak.

The Garden Villa offers guests unique and soulful accommodation in the heart of Seminyak. There is no ‘cookie cutter’ Villa experience here, with every corner of the design showing character and a style all its own. With colour and attention to detail obvious throughout the property, the overall feeling is one of relaxed comfort with a tropical decadence. There has been a lot of history and love poured into what is essentially a brand new Villa, created with antique collectables.
The main house offers a functional kitchen along with an indoor lounge room and quaint breakfast table. The lounge area is the perfect place to unwind with an ice tea or gather as a group. With shutter windows which open to catch the breeze and black and white flooring and ceiling fans giving a hint of colonial times. The rugs and soft furnishings are ethnically inspired giving a global nomad feel.
The house opens onto a wonderful alfresco dining area, that is undercover for shade. Here guests can enjoy their meals overlooking the sparkling water of the lagoon pool and tropical landscaping. The pool also has a great shallow section for floating about in or for little guests to splash and play. There are sun lounges and a atmospheric Bale to have an afternoon nap or read a book… perhaps a massage!
There is one bedroom that is attached to the living area that has its own ensuite bathroom. This bedroom features a cute writing desk with a view to the garden as well as double shower and vanities in a semi out door moroccan bathroom. The second bedroom is on the opposite side of the pool from the main house and has its own porch with colourful cushion loaded day bed, and gorgeous bathroom. This bedroom features a cottage white exterior with soft pink bedding. All bedrooms are air-conditioned or fan cooled with dreamy mosquito nets and vintage inspired bedding. The third bedroom is located in the corner of the garden and is just as cosy and romantic as the first two. The bungalow cottage is a sophisticated steel blue with a bed canopy and chandelier reminiscent of a bygone era. The layout of the three bedrooms is perfect for a group of friends or couples, with dwellings separate enough for privacy.
The Garden Villa is neighboured by the three bedroom White House and the one bedroom Pandan House, so also works well for extended groups. The staff are discreet yet friendly and are long term employees of the lovely owners.
This is a great choice in an ideal Seminyak location.
