Bali Family Villas is a registered trading name of International Travel Consultants Pty Ltd (ABN 87 618 485 457), based in Elwood, Victoria. In this policy, “we” and “us” means International Travel Consultants Pty Ltd.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to plan and look after your holiday:
- names, email addresses and phone numbers
- travel dates, villa preferences and the names of everyone in your group
- children’s ages, so we can arrange the right cots, car seats and equipment
- flight numbers, arrival times and who is on each flight
- special requests, such as dietary needs or celebrations
- website usage information collected through cookies (see below)
Card payments are processed by Flywire. We don’t store your full card details.
If you give us details about other people in your group, please let them know and point them to this policy.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- make and manage your booking
- arrange transfers, equipment and extras
- send invoices
- keep in touch before and during your stay
- send our newsletter
- improve our website and advertising
Who we share it with
We share only what’s needed with:
- the villa owners and managers in Bali who host your stay
- our on-island concierge and accounts team, who work for our related Indonesian company, PT Konsultan Liburan Pulau
- local suppliers you’ve booked through us, such as drivers, equipment hire and entertainment
- service providers who help run our business, including Flywire for payments, Mailchimp for email newsletters, Meta for advertising [and Google for website analytics], and our website host and developers
We don’t sell your personal information.
Overseas disclosure
Most of your information is shared with people in Indonesia, because that’s where your holiday happens. Mailchimp and Meta may store data in the United States or other countries. Overseas recipients may not be bound by Australian privacy law, but we only share what’s needed to deliver our services.
Cookies and advertising
Our website uses cookies, including the Meta Pixel [and Google Analytics]. These help us understand how people use our site and let us show Bali Family Villas ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited our website or made an enquiry. [We may also share hashed (encrypted) email addresses or phone numbers with Meta to show our ads to past guests and enquirers, or to exclude them from ads.]
You can block cookies in your browser settings and manage your ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram accounts.
Newsletter
If you book with us or subscribe on our website, we’ll add you to our email newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
Keeping it secure
Your information is held in secure, password-protected systems, and only team members who need it can access it. We keep booking records for as long as we need them for legal and accounting purposes.
Access, corrections and complaints
To see or correct the information we hold about you, or to make a complaint, email hello@balifamilyvillas.com. We’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
