Q1. Is the concierge service included with every booking?
Yes — every family that books through Bali Family Villas receives our concierge service at no extra cost. From the moment you enquire through to when you land, we are available to help with pre-arrival planning, villa preparation, and holiday questions.
Q2. What complimentary baby equipment is provided?
We provide a comprehensive range of complimentary baby equipment delivered and set up at your Bali villa before arrival. This includes baby cots with mosquito nets, high chairs, stair gates, baby bouncers, baby monitors, baby baths, bottle sterilisers, travel strollers, car seats for airport transfers, potties, toy baskets, pool floats, and swim vests. Please discuss your specific needs with our team when you enquire so we can prepare everything in advance. On other islands, we have different stock and partners, and we will talk you through it.
Q3. Do you install pool fences?
Yes — pool fence installation is one of our most valued services. We coordinate installation through trusted local suppliers before your arrival so the fence is ready when you check in. We create a properly considered fenced zone away from the pool edge whereever possible, with space for pool furniture inside so parents can supervise comfortably. We also assess garden ponds and water features at each property and flag anything that needs attention. The fence is removed discreetly after your departure.
Q4. Can you arrange airport transfers?
Yes — most villa reservations include a complimentary arrival transfer. Your driver meets you at the airport with a name sign so you are never left searching. Additional transfers throughout your stay can be arranged on request. All transfers include car seats — rear facing for younger babies and booster seats for older children. For large groups we often arrange mini vans.
Q5. Can you arrange in-villa activities and experiences?
Yes — we can connect you with trusted local providers for a wide range of in-villa and day trip experiences including cooking classes, yoga and pilates, massage and spa treatments, surf lessons, cultural tours, family photographers and much more. Just let us know what your family enjoys and we will recommend the best options for your group. We also have pre-arranged industry discounts for our guests!
Q6. Can you arrange a private chef or in-villa dining?
This varies by villa — some properties include a chef as part of the standard inclusions, at others we can arrange a freelance cook for specific meals at additional cost. Food delivery via Grab and Gojek is also available at most locations for casual meal nights. Please discuss your dining preferences when you enquire and we will confirm what is available at your specific villa.
Q7. Can you arrange a home visit doctor?
Yes — we can connect you with trusted local doctors who will come directly to your villa if someone in your group is unwell. We also include information about the nearest reputable medical clinic to your villa in your pre-arrival summary.
Q8. Do you provide a pre-arrival shopping service?
Yes — at selected villas we can arrange a pre-arrival grocery shop so basics like fruit, milk, bread, and cheese are waiting for you on arrival. Please discuss this with our team when you book and we will confirm availability at your property.
Q9. Bali is not like home for safety — how do you manage this?
We are honest about this. Power sockets can be exposed, pool edges unfenced, and garden water features unprotected. Before your arrival we assess each property individually, arrange pool fences and pond fencing where needed, provide stair gates on request, and make sure you arrive informed and prepared rather than discovering things on the day.
Q10. How do I access the concierge service during my stay?
Your Villa Manager is available via WhatsApp throughout your stay. No question is too big or small — they are here to make your Bali holiday as seamless and enjoyable as possible for every member of your family. Our in-office Conceirge team does the planning and once you are the Villa your first point of contact are the dedicated in-house staff team.
