Further to this, the impressive colonial house provides accommodation which is spread over 3 floors and comprises of 3 sophisticated king size bedrooms, a further king size loft room and an 8 bedded bunk room for the children. There is also a fully air-conditioned formal, enclosed TV and sitting room on the first floor. Additionally, on this level is an extensive open deck, with possible space for a party of 30 guests, making this villa an idyllic venue for a whimsical exotic wedding or other significant celebration.

The pool is tiled with natural stones and on the timber deck, there are stylish yellow reclining chairs for those wanting to sunbathe. The rooftop garden terrace is the place to go for afternoon tea, sunset cocktails and BBQ feasts. The breezy terrace is decorated tastefully with flowering plants growing out of giant pots and there is a large sofa to sit all together with the whole family.
The Villa features a tropical open-plan living room dressed in white and enriched by vintage artifacts and furnishings.There is a comfy lounge corner featuring a stylish yellow sofa and the teak dining table is illuminated by an abundance of designers lamps that cascade down from the ceiling on separate yellow strings. The kitchen comes with a marble-topped bar and stoolsto enjoy some cold drinks together while the chef does magic in the kitchen. On the first floor, guests will be delighted to find a spacious air-conditioned TV lounge, featuring a plush red sofa, a vintage radio and a huge flat-screen TV for family movie evenings. The spa room comes with a sunken jacuzzi tub and 2 massage beds.
The spacious master bedroom is surrounded by green wooden panel windows, overlooking giant tropical leaves that grow in the open-air bathroom. In the heart of the room stands a large king-size bed draped by white curtains. Behind the bed there is a spacious wardrobe area with a dressing table and the room also features a satellite TV with DVD player and music speaker. The en-suite boasts a terrazzo bathtub and an outdoor shower.
Two of the guest bedrooms are similar to the master suite, furnished with king-size beds, satellite televisions, white wardrobe closets and adjoined by a private en-suite bathroom. One of these rooms is interconnected to the bunk-bedded kids bedrooms, complete with a TV, toys and books, accommodating up to 8 children. The kid’s bathroom comes with a bathtub and washbasins to fit the height of children. The last bedroom is tucked in the attic, creating a cozy place to retreat to at night. The room is furnished with AC, a king-size bed, satellite television and an in-room bathroom with a shower cabin and separate toilet.
The Villa is located in a quiet street, just off of the happening Batu Belig Street, featuring famous cafés and restaurants such as Watercress, Métis and Sardine. Batu Belig beach, where you can watch sunset at Mozaic or the bohemian La Laguna beach club, is in walking distance from the villa. A short 5 minute drive brings you to the heart of fashionable and trendy Seminyak and it takes around 10 minutes to drive to Canggu Club where you are in for an amazing day of family fun at their water park, bowling alley, tennis court, trampoline center and more.
