Villa Emmy is located only a five minute walk to the Beach and all that Seminyak has to offer. The location is private and quiet and the tropical garden setting is gorgeous. As far as downtown locations go, this one is ideal.

Designed by New Zealand architect Ross Franklin, the property has a very functional layout with plenty of natural light and space to unwind. The expansive living and dining area looks out onto the sparkling blue swimming pool and traditional Bale lounge. The landscaped tropical garden is a feature of this property, with sun loungers at the ready. Large teak wood sliding glass doors can also close the living area from outside completely which is convenient for families travelling with young children.

The Villa has a fantastic western style kitchen with well trained staff to help with all your needs. The in-house Villa menu is sure to keep everyone happy. The interior of the villa contains a number of fine modern art pieces as well as some examples of traditional Indonesian and Balinese furniture. The featured colors are pale blue and white which create a very calming environment.

There are three bedroom on the ground floor, two queen with their own en-suite bathrooms and one twin room which can also be used as a media space. This room has a separate bathroom directly next door and works well for children as is in the same corridor as one of the downstairs bedrooms. Upstairs is the master bedroom complete with beautiful en-suite and private outdoor terrace overlooking the pool and garden below.

All bedrooms have telephones and individually controlled air conditioning, as well as cable TV (40 international channels including HBO and Star Movies), a music system for CDs/cassttes/radio, and a DVD/VCD player. There is also a music system in the eight metre square living room/dining room.

This Villa has a fantastic layout for family groups or friends as the pool area is large with plenty of sunbathing space, the lounge and dining areas great for groups and the bedrooms private.
