Located in a peaceful patch of Seminyak, walking distance to markets, shops, cafes, spas and the beach! This is a fantastic Villa to enjoy the best of Oberoi right at your fingertips. With famous venues such as KuDeTa, Mexicola, Sea Circus Café and La Luciola all in your very own neighbourhood.

Guests enter the Villa through wooden-framed glass sliding doors. Once inside, a warm reception awaits in the form of open living and dining spaces. To the left and right, these spaces extend, offering a glimpse of the neatly concealed kitchen in one corner where the chef creates his masterpieces, to the 4-stool breakfast bar, a powder room, an inviting 8-seater wooden dining table, and nestled in another corner, plush grey sofas adorned with captivating wall art. Completing the scene, side tables and ambient light are strategically placed, all beneath the charm of elegant arched wooden ceilings. Looking forward, guests are captivated by the outside deck, lush gardens, and inviting pool. On one side of the deck is a dining table with seating for 10 and an accompanying BBQ grill, while the opposite side has inviting comfy wicker chairs, perfect for relaxed gatherings. Poolside three sun beds await – two singles and one double – accompanied by two sun umbrellas.

Tucked away discreetly is the fully equipped kitchen where the chef takes care of meals, not only preparing the complimentary breakfasts but also offerings from the villa’s expansive menu.

Guests have multiple areas to relax, be it inside the villa living space, the media room, the deck, the charming balconies and terraces that dot the property, or even the rooftop terrace.

Adjacent to the indoor living room lies the dedicated media room, where L-shaped grey-covered sofas draped with cream cushions, face the impressive 65” TV, while a convenient writing desk occupies a corner. The TV itself rests on a spacious cabinet offering ample room to connect multiple devices.

In the far right side corner, a cute mini-gym area stands ready for guests to fit in some holiday activity.

This Seminyak holiday Villa also have a wonderful rooftop terrace. This space showcases spacious sofas and comfy chairs around a coffee table, with an adjacent luxurious daybed, all sheltered by an arched wooden roof complimented by cooling ceiling fans. This area has been masterfully crafted to serve as both a daytime sanctuary and for evening cocktails.

Villa Josuloma comprises 6 beautiful bedrooms each with its own spacious ensuite bathroom. Each room is equipped with modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV, writing desk and chair, tall wall mirror, netting paired with black-out curtains, and built-in wardrobes with safety boxes. Assorted wall art which lends character to the rooms. The ensuite bathrooms feature a pair of indulgent rain showers, twin basin vanities, huge mirrors and all amenities provided.

The Villa houses two separate pavilions, both with three bedrooms. In the main Pavilion all three bedrooms are within the same enclosed space which connects to the living area.

Main Pavilion

Master Suite

Behind the kitchen island, stairs ascend to the master suite which has a lovely 4-poster bed and polished wooden floors, above which is an arched wooden ceiling with an overhead fan. Positioned at the far end of the room is a built-in 2-seat window sofa, accompanied by a writing desk and chair occupying the corner. Wooden framed glass doors lead out to the veranda where two comfy chairs survey the gardens and pool. Walk through built-in wardrobes to the delightful grand ensuite bathroom.

Ground Floor Bedroom One

Below the master suite and accessed via the living space, lies another elegant bedroom, which can be configured either as king-size or twins, and can also be connected through another door to the neighbouring third bedroom. The ensuite bathroom also features a standalone bath. Glass doors lead out to a sweet terrace at the rear of the villa, affording guests moments of solitude away from villa activities.

Ground Floor Bedroom Two

Accessed directly from the garden, or through the adjacent bedroom, this is probably the smallest room in the villa, but still retains its cozy charm. The room can also be configured as either a king or twin bed. The ensuite bathroom, although smaller than the others, still ensures convenience and comfort.

Garden Pavilion

Master Suite

Located in the Garden Pavilion, this is the grandest of the two master suites. The king-size bed sits centre-stage with wall mounted TV in front, flanked by two sets of wooden framed glass doors affording guests breathtaking views over the surrounding gardens, dining deck, pool, and bale. At one end of the room are twin writing desks and at the opposite side, a two-seat sofa invites more relaxation near the walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom commands attention too, echoing the standard set-up, but on an impressive scale, with a freestanding bath, and outside open light-filled shower courtyard.

First Floor Bedrooms One and Two

Both of these two interconnecting bedrooms showcase king-size four-poster beds with netting canopies. Each room has its own writing desk with wall mounted TV, that can be effortlessly swivelled to cater to various preferences, including facing the beds. Ample built-in wardrobes are adjacent to the bathroom doors which provide abundant storage options. Glide into each of these huge ensuites, which are a hallmark of this villa’s styling, to enjoy lavish bathroom experiences.

Villa Josuloma is staffed by a dedicated team including a villa manager, villa supervisor, private chef, gardening, and pool attendant. The villa’s private chef is on hand to prepare breakfast, lunches, and dinner. Staff will meet guests in the morning to collaboratively plan the culinary experience for the day ahead.
