Architecture & design
Two storeys, 500sqm, and not a boring corner in it. Warm timber, poured concrete and textured stone throughout, with a stepping-stone entrance and oversized timber doors that make an entrance of their own. Inside, think wood-panelled ceilings, exposed beams and hand-carved details everywhere you look.
The lounge is built for lounging — plush sectional sofa, a hand-carved coffee table, and a tiered woven pendant light overhead. The kitchen is the real showstopper: floor-to-ceiling slatted timber cabinetry, a marble island with serious natural veining, and curved rattan barstools for the crowd that inevitably ends up gathered around it.
Layout — built for numbers
- 7 ensuite bedrooms: 4 upstairs (2 interconnecting), 3 downstairs (2 interconnecting) — split the group into wings, everyone still gets their own bathroom
- End bedrooms on each floor have an extra single bed
- Comfortably sleeps 14, up to 16 with 2 extra beds (additional charge applies)
- All bedrooms can be twin beds or king configuration
- 3 ground-floor bathrooms come with outdoor tropical showers
Group Meals & Gatherings
Open-plan living and dining spill straight out onto the pool deck. The solid-teak dining table seats the whole crew — this villa was built for one big feast. A catering menu is provided on request. So many lovely spaces to come together or to spread out.

Infinity-edge pool with a wide shallow section for lazing about, timber sun deck, loungers, and room for the whole group to sprawl out.
Wellness — group-ready
A private spa room with 2 massage tables for a post-surf rubdown, plus an upstairs yoga shala with full-height mirrors, sound system, mats and blocks — big enough for the whole group’s morning flow, not just one person’s downward dog.
